Fees
One 45 minute consultation $300. Dr. Fleck utilizes a direct patient care model for keeping costs down and providing individualized treatment. You will be responsible for the cost of all laboratory tests and imaging. Insurance does not reimburse for routine or preventive care that is not medically necessary.
Directions
From I-45, take Hwy 1696 west about 30 miles to Cross, TX and turn right on Hwy 39. Travel south 2 miles and turn right at the town of Iola. Take Hwy 244 south 1 block to 23321 FM 244 (yellow house with green trim). Please proceed to back door and sit at the table until you are called. at your appointment time There are no bathroom facilities available since it is a private residence however there are 2 restaurants in Iola that do have restrooms.
From Hwy 21, take the Hwy 39 exit south 10 miles to Iola, TX. Turn right and follow directions to Hwy 244 south. We are 1 block south of Iola at 23321 FM 244 in the yellow house with green trim. Please proceed to back door and sit at the table until you are called.
